You then will choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. STORAGE SPACE AND OTHER LIMITATIONS The amount of storage space per user is limited for each Hmongartists Site/Service which provides such storage. You agree that Hmongartists.net is not responsible or liable for the deletion or failure to store files or other information.

TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION Hmongartists.net reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to any or all Hmongartists Sites/Services and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of use you will not be entitled for any member subscription refunds, if applicable. Hmongartists.net may also terminate or suspend your access to Hmongartists Site/Service(s) for inactivity, which is defined as failing to log into a particular service for an extended period of time, as determined by Hmongartists.net. The amount of time that Hmongartists.net currently considers as an "extended" period of time is 6 months. Upon termination of the Hmongartists Site/Service, your right to use the Hmongartists Site/Service immediately ceases. Hmongartists.net shall have no obligation to maintain any content or to forward any unread or unsent messages to you or any third party.
